Corporate Officer/Fund Services

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day administrative and legal formalities of a dedicated clients portfolio in accordance with the legal requirements and those of the regulator or client/adviser
  • Comply with the rules of the internal administrative procedures in accordance with the requirements of the company and the regulator
  • Contribute to client retention

Tasks

  • Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and clients
  • Assist with legal and administrative formalities of a client’s portfolio and answers client’s requests (such as board resolutions, acquisition of participation, onboarding, liquidations, official publication and filing, notarial and private deeds)
  • Organize board and shareholders meetings and drafts related minutes and/or documentation
  • Liaise with various internal departments (ie. Accounting, Transfer Agent, Compliance, PDC, Client Directors)
  • Liaise with the CSSF, notary, banks, auditors, Luxembourg administrations, Depositary, AIFM, etc…
  • Acting as a contact person between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks for resolution of any issues that may arise
  • Collect signatures, execute, check, file and keep legal and administrative documents
  • Ensure the accuracy and exhaustiveness of client files in cooperation with Accountant
  • Check proper legal documentation of bank transactions
  • Execute and ensure timely delivery of quality services
  • Check and follow up on client satisfaction

Your profile

  • Master/BAC+5 (Funds, Law or Economics)
  • 2 years working experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Strong legal corporate knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of SGG organisation (mission, vision, global sites), understanding of services provided within unit, understanding of general functioning of SGG
  • Fluency in English, French and a third language is preferred
