Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative support to the team of Client Directors

Tasks

  • Screening internal incoming calls
  • Reception and redistribution of internal mail addressed to all Client Directors
  • Signature collection and follow-up
  • Plan meetings and conference calls
  • Preparation of packages and registered mail
  • Scanning, filing and record keeping
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports
  • Encoding business cards
  • Preparation of travel expenses
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Setting up conference call numbers
  • Ordering lunches and making restaurant bookings
  • Travel bookings
     

Your Profile

  • Good spoken and written French and English, any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Computer literate- sound MS Office skills are required
  • Good presentation
  • Dynamic, organized and autonomous
  • High discretion
  • Polyvalent & flexible
  • Willing to learn and have fun
